1 Introduction and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and rugi88 ("Platform", "We" or "rugi88"). This document governs access to and use of all services, games, promotions and features offered through the rugi88 platform.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only allowed to hold one rugi88 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — regardless of different names, emails or phone numbers — is a breach of these terms and may result in all accounts concerned being terminated without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including:

• Full name as shown on your MyKad or passport.
• An active mobile phone number registered in your own name.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• Your exact date of birth for age verification.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that takes place using your account is considered your own activity. Please contact our customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account information can be updated through the profile page. Changes to critical information such as bank account numbers or e-wallet details may require additional identity verification before taking effect.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

rugi88 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Transaction conditions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit per payment method is RM50.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours once the request is approved.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• rugi88 does not accept deposits from third parties.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same account as your deposit method.

rugi88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to ensure account security. This process may include identity verification or payment method verification. We are not responsible for any delays arising from such verification requirements or from the payment service provider.

Funds in a rugi88 account are for betting purposes only. rugi88 reserves the right to decline any suspicious withdrawal request or one that breaches the terms of use of this platform.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by rugi88 are subject to specific terms and conditions set for each promotion. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in writing.

Welcome Bonus:

• A bonus of 120% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawals are allowed.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering required RM120 × 15 = RM1,800.
• Example: Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,488 → Wagering required RM888 × 15 = RM13,320.

rugi88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, including the use of assistance software, collusion between players or betting strategies aimed at fulfilling wagering requirements without taking genuine risk. Each player is only eligible to receive each promotion once unless stated otherwise. Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player.

6 Game and Betting Rules

All games available at rugi88 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook and e-sports — are operated according to their respective game rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be proven.
• Should a technical disruption occur during a game, unsettled bets may be cancelled and funds returned.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs or system disruptions is strictly prohibited.
• rugi88 reserves the right to void bets and withhold payment if there is evidence of fraud or manipulation.

For sports betting, all displayed odds are based on current conditions and may change. Accepted bets will be locked at the odds at the time of confirmation. Official results from the relevant sports governing body will be used to determine winners.

7 Player Responsibilities and Responsible Gambling

rugi88 is committed to responsible gambling practices. We encourage all players to set personal limits and bet within their financial means. Gambling is for entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as a source of income.

• Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Attempted money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Use of unauthorised software, bots or automated methods.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any balance in the account — including bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements — may be forfeited without refund. Players whose accounts are legitimately terminated may submit a written appeal to our support team for review within 14 days of the termination date.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting our 24/7 customer support. All pending bets and eligible balances will be processed according to standard terms.

9 Amendments to Terms and General Provisions

rugi88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being posted on the rugi88 website. Continued use of the platform after amendments are posted will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
